This is the very first post at the ebook publishing site so I thought i’d go over what its all about. It all started with my first ebook The Twitter Technique which I created for free. Of course my aim was to try and sell it on the web which I started to do, as soon as I did that I didn’t want to stop at just that one method. So I tried many different ideas to sell my ebook, and boy did I try them all!.

I found out a lot of information all about self publishing and ebook publishing that really blew my mind, before I was always in the mind set that any kind of publishing cost thousands but I was wrong. I found ways to make ebook publishing not only cheap or FREE, but also fun!. And if its fun you just want to do it over and over again.

What’s An Ebook Anyway?

An ebook is basically an electronic book, which means that its not a real physical product so it cuts out the manufacturing costs. Basically its a downloadable book, so someone buys your work then downloads it to their computer to either read on the computer screen, or they will print it and read at a later time.

Not Just Limited To Ebook Publishing

If you do write an amazing ebook which takes off and starts to sell really well, I don’t want you to just consider ebook publishing alone, remember what I said at the start of this post about “I tried many different ideas to sell my ebook” , that’s how I want you to think too.

Ebook publishing is a great way to get your books out there, but if it does do really well why not try a real hardcover version of your ebook?. Now you can not only have your book in electronic form, but we can also get our work published as a real book that people can actually hold in their hands!.

If you want to maximize how far your book can go, keep an open mind to all options available. In later posts on this blog ill point you in the right direction to have your ebook published as a real hardcover book, and it wont cost you an arm and a leg either, but maybe a finger or two;).
